If you're paying in full, you’ll receive a receipt and an allocation letter imdediately. After that, the processing of your title document (R of O or C of O) will begin.Otherwise,If you opt for part payment, you’ll get an offer letter confirming your transaction and a receipt upon each payment installemts. Then, once full payment is completed, you’ll receive the other necessary documents.

How long does it take to get my title document?

The timeline for processing R of O and C of O depends on and is subject government procedures and approvals, so there’s no fixed time frame. However, it typical takes about six to eight months.
